Centralized hospital account management

Technologies

Backend built with PHP 8.2 and MySQL, with a Bootstrap, jQuery and DataTables interface. Integration through Playwright (Node.js) to automate external systems, plus PHPMailer, PhpSpreadsheet and Docker deployment.

The Problem

Creating accounts required entering the same information across different systems, performing manual validations and managing multiple requests, causing delays and increasing the risk of errors.

The Solution

I built a portal that centralizes the whole process in a single form. The system validates employee information, manages permissions, integrates multiple platforms and automates account creation, activation and deactivation through controlled workflows.
