Smart platform to validate construction progress using artificial intelligence
A web system built to verify that the progress reported in construction projects matches the real state of the site. The platform analyzes on-site photographs, daily reports and the project plan to automatically validate progress or flag it for review when there is uncertainty.

Technologies
Built with Laravel (PHP), React and PostgreSQL, integrating Google Gemini Flash for image and report analysis. It also uses Python for data processing and an API-based architecture for communication between its modules.
The Problem
In construction projects, progress is usually based on reports sent from the field, with no objective way to verify that the photographic evidence supports the reported progress. This makes project tracking difficult and increases the risk of errors in decision-making.
The Solution
I built a platform that integrates the project plan, daily reports and photographic evidence into a single workflow. Using artificial intelligence, the system analyzes each report and calculates a confidence level to automatically validate progress or flag it for review when needed.
